Properties:-
S-150 is a stabilizer for silicate – free alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton and its blends.
It has very good stabilizing action on hydrogen peroxide over wide temperature range.
It avoids unwanted scale formation and imparts soft handle to bleached fabric.
S-150 also has iron binding power which helps in stabilizing peroxide in water containing ferric ions in tolerable limits.
Application:-
S-150 is completely water miscible and can be diluted to any proportion.
Normally the amount of S-150 recommended is equivalent to 1/4th to 1/6th of Hydrogen Peroxide (50%).
The exact dosage required has to be optimized by pre-trials.
Standard Packaging:-
S-150 is available in 50 kg Jerry cans.
Storage and Handling:-
