PROCESS PROCEDURE OF DYEING WITH G.S.S:

 

After neutralization adjust dye bathe PH with Acetic Acid

Add G.S.S% at 40°C

Run 10-15 min at 40°C (After 10 min Run cheek PH
Add Color solution at 40°C (20-30 min)
Run 10-15 min at 40°C
Add 50% Salt (as per shade %)
Run 15 min at  40°C
Add soda solution at 40°C (20-30min)
Run 10 min at  40°C
Caustic Dosing 10 min at  40°C
Run 10 min at  40°C
Then steam up as required
